A holistic view
No stone is left unturned. We look at the full picture of wellness across eight dimensions, because they all touch one another:
- Physical
- Emotional
- Social
- Spiritual
- Financial
- Occupational
- Intellectual
- Environmental
Why I coach
Because I've watched too many extraordinary people put themselves last for too long. Because the body keeps the score, and so does the spirit. Because I believe, quietly, stubbornly, that you are not broken. You are ready.
The work is becoming the person you already know you are capable of being.
What I believe
- · You are not broken. You are ready.
- · The body keeps the score, and so does the spirit.
- · Sustainable change happens in relationship, not in isolation.
- · Three minutes of honest practice beats thirty minutes of heroic intention.
- · You already know the next right thing. My job is to help you do it.
Sharyn helped me become my best self. The tools she gave me fit my real life, not someone else's idea of what wellness should look like.
